Spring Concert, St. Laurence Church, Stroud
A wonderful selection of music to awaken the senses and inspire the soul as we celebrate the long-awaited arrival of Spring.
Featuring works by Allegri, Rachmaninov, Monteverdi, Britten, Gastoldi, Byrd, Bruckner, Morley and Shearing, the evening will have a multicultural flavour with pieces sung in Italian, Russian, Latin and German…as well as English!
The concert will be directed by Andrew Hopwood and feature a number of soloists from the choir.
